SUNCREEK YOUTH  -CrownPoint, N.M. Navajo Nation Action Build

June 30 to July 7 - We will leave Suncreek sometime during the later morning of Saturday June 30 and will stop for the night in Amarillo, TX. We will worship at the 8:30 service of the Polk Street United Methodist Church (Senior Pastor is Dr. Burt Palmer) and then will begin our final leg to the Gallup, N.M. area.

Crown Point is part of the Navajo Indian Reservation where we will be the hands and feet of the Lord while partnering with Next Step Ministries to do construction type projects for the Navajo Nation. We will work on the Reservation from Monday to Thursday of that week, with Friday of that week being a community building fun day. Saturday Morning we will strike out for Allen with a fun stop along the way. We are estimating a late evening /early morning arrival back at Suncreek UMC after a week of rewarding work for the Lord:

Cost: $495

Payment due dates:  First $250 needs to be in by March 15, 2012

                                 Full balance payment needs to be in by May 15, 2012

Funds raised by Youth Auction and Dinner on April 14, can be applied toward the $495 balance based upon the youths participation and the total funds that are raised.

Open to any youth who has completed Ninth Grade by June 15, 2012 through High School Graduating Seniors.
